Accountant – Remote (Bogota)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to join Pharmbills, supporting healthcare providers by managing client accounts, billing and financial reporting. The role starts in Bogota with the possibility to work remotely after a successful trial period.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, cooperate with insurance companies, update patient records and ensure data accuracy.
• Track payments, process billing, monitor and verify financial transactions.
• Enter data and verify insurance policies to keep records up‑to‑date.
• Generate monthly financial summaries and client‑requested reports.
• Maintain confidentiality, follow security guidelines and ensure compliance.
• Resolve account issues and handle internal system tickets.

Required profile

• Experience in accounting, preferably within healthcare or insurance.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
