About the role
The S2P Manager leads Accounts Payable operations for the Americas region, ensuring compliance with global policies and driving process excellence. The role supports the Senior Manager, manages the AP team, and acts as a market ambassador.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive market KPIs and ensure compliance.
- Identify risks, support issue resolution, and prioritize actions.
- Collaborate with global Operations and Functional Leads to drive growth.
- Lead business performance reviews and implement action plans.
- Manage, coach, and develop the AP team, overseeing hiring and training.
- Maintain AP KPIs, provide dashboards and regular reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Accounts Payable or Procurement.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical and numerical capabilities.
- Proactive problem‑solver with high energy and ability to drive change.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
