Arabic (Maghrebi) Language Expert – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a native‑level Maghrebi Arabic language expert to help train large‑scale AI models. You will work remotely, interacting directly with the model to improve its understanding of dialects, idiomatic expressions, and cultural nuances.

Key responsibilities

• Engage the AI in conversational sessions across diverse topics in Maghrebi Arabic.
• Validate linguistic accuracy, grammar, and cultural relevance of model outputs.
• Document error patterns and provide reproducible traces for each failure.
• Recommend enhancements to prompt engineering, evaluation metrics, and data collection processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Linguistics, Arabic Studies, Translation, or a related field (preferred).
• Professional experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community work involving Arabic dialects.
• Strong metacognitive communication skills – ability to “show your work” clearly.
