B2B Appointment Setter & Outreach Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated B2B Appointment Setter & Outreach Specialist to join our fast‑growing outbound sales team focused on the US restaurant market. In this role you will engage restaurant owners, introduce our business solutions and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to restaurant owners and decision‑makers in the United States.
• Present company services confidently and build rapport during conversations.
• Qualify leads, identify business opportunities and capture accurate notes.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team and follow up with prospects as needed.
• Maintain activity tracking and meet daily/weekly outreach targets.

Required profile

• Previous outbound B2B sales or appointment‑setting experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, handling objections and working in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work fully on‑site in Barranquilla.
• Preferably experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector and with US‑based customers.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM or outbound dialer platform.
