Bilingual Content Coordinator (English/Spanish)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Content Coordinator to join our Bogotá office. The role focuses on creating and managing social media content for hotel and destination clients, ensuring brand consistency and engaging storytelling across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret client brand guidelines and translate them into cohesive social media identities.
• Produce high‑quality organic and paid copy for Instagram, Facebook and emerging channels.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop visual assets and curate photography.
• Set up and maintain client social media accounts.
• Monitor performance, generate KPI reports and provide insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
• Creative copywriting skills adaptable to different brand voices.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Experience in KPI reporting and basic social media analytics.
• Eye for photography, design and visual storytelling.
