Bilingual Dental Receptionist & Patient Care Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a professional, articulate, and experienced Virtual Dental Receptionist & Patient Care Coordinator to support a high‑volume, multi‑provider dental practice. You will work directly under the client’s guidance, handling patient communication, scheduling, and insurance verification while delivering a concierge‑level experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the practice’s recall list, proactively contacting patients to schedule hygiene visits, treatments, and cleanings.
• Manage a fast‑moving, rotating calendar to maximize chair utilization across multiple dentists.
• Handle AI call overflow, providing warm, human interaction for inbound calls.
• Perform comprehensive dental insurance eligibility checks, break down benefits, and update patient files.
• Follow up on treatment plans, answer patient questions, and secure appointment bookings.
• Reschedule broken appointments, cancellations, and no‑shows to keep provider productivity high.
• Provide flexible administrative support to the clinical team as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of hands‑on front‑office experience in a U.S. dental practice.
• Fluent, accent‑free verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high‑volume, multi‑provider environment with daily schedule changes.

Required skills

• Expert use of EagleSoft EMR for charting, scheduling, and patient accounts.
• Proficiency with the Weave communications/phone platform.
