Business Analyst II

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Business Analyst II to partner with business owners, translate new opportunities into clear functional requirements, and support the delivery of digital payment solutions across Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate reviews, revisions, testing, documentation, and member notifications for product enhancements.
• Provide business knowledge and technical support during requirement development.
• Collaborate with developers and requesters to define data and functional requirements for new or enhanced systems.
• Ensure development objectives are met, user testing is performed, and communications are timely.
• Consult with Business Owners, develop and review business and functional requirements, and document changes.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer of vendor technology to Mastercard staff.
• Assist in implementing new or revised rules and policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of Business Analyst and Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently after training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
