Business Manager

About the role

Sii Group Colombia, a French multinational specialized in technology consulting and digital transformation, is seeking an IT Business Manager to drive business development and manage the full commercial cycle for technology consulting services and IT talent solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development strategies focused on technology consulting services and staff augmentation.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Develop new accounts (hunting) and grow existing ones (farming) while building technical‑commercial proposals for roles such as QA, DevOps, Data, Backend, SAP, and Architecture.
• Oversee margins, profitability, commercial forecasting, and ensure delivery timelines and SLA compliance in partnership with the recruitment team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT consulting firms, technology staffing, or software factory environments.
• Proven track record selling and closing technology consulting services and IT talent solutions.
• Experience managing B2B corporate accounts and negotiating margins and commercial billing structures.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of technology roles and ecosystems: QA, DevOps, Data, Backend, SAP, Architecture.
• Demonstrated ability in both hunting new business and farming existing accounts within the IT sector.
