Change Management Consultant

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking a Change Management Consultant to support digital transformation initiatives across SAP, Salesforce, data, and AI programs. The role is remote for candidates in LATAM and involves close collaboration with client stakeholders and technical teams to drive adoption and ensure successful business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end change management strategy and execution for technology programs.
• Identify, map, and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Perform impact assessments on roles, processes, and systems.
• Establish adoption KPIs and measurement frameworks.
• Design and deliver communication, training, and enablement programs.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions with leadership, teams, and employees.
• Create and manage change assets such as communications and training materials.
• Support UAT, pilot programs, and go‑live readiness activities.
• Partner with technical teams to align change activities with delivery.
• Track, analyze, and report adoption metrics and outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to ensure transformation success.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of change management experience in technology‑driven transformations.
• Experience with enterprise implementations such as SAP, Salesforce, data, or AI initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage the full change lifecycle from strategy to measurement.
• Strong knowledge of structured change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR).
• Client‑facing consulting experience in dynamic environments.
