Construction Estimator - Masonry

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Estimator specialized in masonry to support civil projects. The role involves performing take‑offs, calculations, and budgeting for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, primarily in the United States. This is a fully remote position offering the chance to work with an international team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform drafting, layout work, and straightforward calculations for construction details.
• Execute material take‑offs and budgets from shop drawings and supplied plans.
• Prepare drawings based on sketches and project documentation.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow of the estimating department, prioritizing and assigning tasks.
• Calculate project time and cost estimates based on required materials and resources.
• Ensure completed estimates align with customer and project requirements.
• Perform any additional job‑related duties as required.

Required profile

• Strong engineering or architectural background with verifiable experience.
• 2+ years of experience on residential, commercial, or industrial projects in the US.
• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Professional attitude, ethical behavior, and solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
