Content & Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Content & Growth Manager to lead the end‑to‑end production of video‑driven content across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms. You will shape the strategy, build repeatable systems, and ensure every long‑form video is transformed into high‑performing short‑form pieces.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document and run the Content Waterfall System that converts long‑form videos into platform‑native short‑form content and social posts.
• Own the organic content calendar and publishing cadence across all channels.
• Manage a team of five video editors, reviewing cuts for quality, pacing, hooks and brand alignment.
• Run weekly editor meetings, enforce deadlines and quality standards.
• Develop and execute thumbnail and title testing in collaboration with the Head of Marketing to improve CTR on YouTube and social.
• Track organic performance, produce weekly reports and iterate based on data.
• Create SOPs and repeatable processes to scale content production.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling content operations through strong systems and processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor video editors to a high standard.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple platforms.
