About the role
Join ATAIN’s dynamic team as a bilingual Customer Service Agent supporting major brands in the hospitality and tourism sector. You will handle inbound calls from interested customers, providing professional assistance and guiding them through bookings and reservations.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about services.
- Assist customers with booking, reservation, and travel-related processes, ensuring a smooth experience.
Required profile
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
- High school diploma.
- Experience in customer service, travel, tourism, or BPO (preferred but not mandatory).
- Availability to work onsite in Bogotá.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
