About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Customer Service Operations Analyst to join its MedTech division in Bogotá. The role supports internal and external customers by managing orders, invoices and related transactional activities, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule deliveries and appointments, process new and existing orders, and track order status.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, claims, returns and recalls.
- Manage invoicing activities, including issuing invoices, correcting errors, and reviewing billing plans.
- Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain and Shared Services to resolve credit, debit and special invoicing requirements.
- Escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Supervisor and collaborate across functions to find solutions.
Required profile
- University degree or equivalent.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, order management or related fields.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Familiarity with SAP (desirable).
- Experience with Salesforce (desirable).
