Customer Service Representative – Medellín

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its Medellín team. You will be the frontline contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, email, and live‑chat inquiries while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and live‑chat.
• Resolve complaints and issues following the client’s quality guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in ongoing training.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Flexibility to work shifting schedules.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
