About the role

The Customer Success Manager will own high‑value accounts across Latin America’s integration market, driving revenue growth, client retention, and platform adoption. You will build long‑term partnerships by delivering measurable outcomes and guiding customers through advanced integration technologies.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new opportunities within the assigned territory to build a healthy pipeline for iPaaS and related solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract closure, including discovery, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, and signing.
  • Understand client business processes, pain points, and integration challenges to position tailored solutions with clear ROI.
  • Partner with Solutions Consultants and implementation teams to ensure smooth transition from sale to deployment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor client health, usage, and satisfaction to drive platform adoption and maximize value.
  • Own the renewal process, mitigate churn risk, and identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.

Required profile

  • 3‑5 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.

Required skills

  • Experience with iPaaS platforms such as Celigo.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
