About the role
We are a fast‑growing, VC‑backed technology company seeking a hands‑on Customer Success Team Leader to drive adoption and ROI for our AI‑powered platform. In this player‑coach position you will manage an international team of Customer Success Managers while directly owning a portfolio of strategic accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and support a global team of CSMs, fostering a consultative, value‑driven culture.
- Own a book of business, partnering with key accounts to design and execute AI implementation projects.
- Define operational goals, run business reviews and demonstrate concrete financial returns.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex international customer issues.
- Ensure consistent onboarding, training and support processes across regions.
- Monitor usage and adoption metrics to proactively reduce churn and identify growth opportunities.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to Product and Operations teams and assist in post‑sales conversations when deep product expertise is required.
Required profile
- Player‑coach mentality: enjoys direct customer interaction while leading a team.
- Strong background in management consulting, fintech, implementation or other project‑oriented environments.
- Proven analytical ability to discuss financial metrics, ROI and complex software implementations.
- Experience leading or mentoring customer‑facing teams is preferred; senior professionals ready for leadership are welcome.
