Customer Support & Content Moderation Operator – Remote (Week Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Customer Support and Content Moderation Operator to help keep our platform safe and high‑quality. The position is fully remote, works on a fixed weekly shift, and directly influences user experience and community trust.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate advertisements to ensure they meet platform guidelines.
• Identify, flag, and remove spam or inappropriate content.
• Perform content checks using internal moderation tools (no phone or live‑chat interaction).
• Maintain a clean and smooth user experience across the platform.
• Report daily progress and issues to the manager during remote check‑ins.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and consistency in applying rules.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting daily quality standards.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday, 6 hours per day, within the CET/UTC‑5 shift.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Familiarity with back‑office digital tools and content moderation interfaces.
