Cyber Resiliency Specialist

About the role

Kyndryl is seeking a Cyber Resiliency Specialist to help Fortune 500 customers maintain business continuity and recover quickly from cyber incidents. You will manage data backup services, assess backup environments, and ensure data remains secure and recoverable.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor data backup services for customers, providing rapid recovery of critical data.
• Assess backup environments, identify pain points, and implement improvements.
• Analyze and fine‑tune data protection performance using automation and analytics.
• Support change processes and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in security and incident recovery solutions.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a growth attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an inclusive, borderless environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Dell Networker, Veeam, IBM Storage Protect.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF Respond and Recover domains.
• Hands‑on work with firewalls, encryption protocols, and hyperscalers such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CCSK) preferred.
