Data Analysis Intern

About the role

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Data Analysis Intern to support its strategy team. This 3‑month internship offers the chance to work on real‑world projects across multiple countries, helping shape the company’s data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyse data for strategic initiatives.
• Support the development and execution of strategic projects that drive business success.
• Conduct data cleaning, visualization, and reporting using Excel and SQL.
• Assist in generating insights and recommendations for diverse business areas.
• Contribute to innovative solution design and problem‑solving discussions.

Required profile

• Analytical and structured thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Highly proficient in English and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python or R (preferred but not mandatory).
