Data Analysis Internship – Strategy Team

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analysis Intern to join DiDi’s Strategy team. This 3‑month internship offers the chance to work on real‑world projects, support strategic decision‑making and develop hands‑on data‑analysis skills in a fast‑growing mobility technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide data‑driven insights for strategic initiatives.
• Support and execute strategic projects across multiple countries and business units.
• Analyse large datasets, prepare reports and visualisations to inform decision‑making.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and business recommendations.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Analytical, structured thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn and develop new skills.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced).
• SQL.
• Python and/or R (appreciated but not mandatory).
