Data Reporting Analyst

About the role

This position is an execution‑focused analyst role supporting Finance teams by generating, maintaining, and delivering recurring operational reports. The work is highly structured, emphasizing consistency, reliability, and ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Run and maintain standardized finance and operational reports using existing templates.
• Apply filters, configure parameters, and ensure data accuracy for billing, time‑tracking, income, and work‑in‑progress (WIP) reports.
• Execute recurring reporting schedules (daily, weekly, monthly) and deliver results to Finance stakeholders on time.
• Collaborate with Finance colleagues to support billability/utilization tracking, forecast vs. actual performance, and income flash updates.
• Identify and suggest automation or workflow improvements where applicable.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable following structured, repeatable processes.
• Clear communicator in English, both written and verbal.
• Able to work Eastern Standard Time hours and collaborate effectively with Finance teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including pivot tables.
• Power BI for dashboard refresh and management.
• Power Automate for basic workflow automation.
• Experience handling recurring datasets and structured reporting workflows.
