Design Lead – Digital Ads & Creative

About the role

As a Design Lead you will head the creation of innovative digital advertisements and assets for one of the world’s largest packaged‑goods brands. The role blends speed, style and scale to deliver high‑quality visual content across multiple platforms while working within an AI‑forward, fast‑moving team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of style proposals, concept mockups and prototypes for products, features and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, production and other cross‑functional teams to ensure designs meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
• Provide art direction, introduce best practices and translate complex briefs into clear design specifications.
• Deliver pixel‑perfect executions, focusing on interactive social‑media assets and typical POS print media.
• Stay current on cultural trends and incorporate insights to keep work relevant.
• Elevate storytelling through motion graphics and visual design.
• Mentor junior designers and guide their skill development.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Designer, preferably in digital or advertising environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design and advertising work.
• Proven ability to handle all stages of the design process from concept to final execution.
• Deep understanding of typography, grid systems, interaction design and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Experience creating print‑ready files for POS using InDesign/Illustrator.
