Development, Culture & Communications Manager

About the role

Lead the integrated strategy for organizational development, culture, teammate experience and internal communications at DaVita’s Bogotá office. The role creates an inspiring, inclusive environment that aligns with DaVita’s values and drives performance, talent retention and business sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement leadership and talent development programs, succession planning and performance management.
• Lead talent assessment, high‑potential initiatives and career development plans to strengthen organizational capabilities.
• Ensure DaVita’s values are embodied across the organization and drive employee engagement, recognition, well‑being and workplace climate strategies.
• Define and execute the internal communications strategy, manage channels and lead campaigns that support strategic initiatives.
• Lead cultural transformation and change‑management projects, applying best‑practice methodologies and measuring impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Communications or a related field; Master’s or specialization in Organizational Development, HR Management, Culture or Corporate Communications preferred.
• More than 8 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years leading development, culture and communications functions.
• Proven experience in strong corporate‑culture environments, transformation projects and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced English proficiency for reporting and presenting to international audiences.
