Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Digital Marketing Specialist to lead webinars and digital campaigns across Spanish‑speaking Latin America. The role will support sales pipelines and contribute to revenue goals for our cloud‑based spending‑management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of regional webinars, from promotion planning to execution and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with Sales and ADR teams to align marketing activities with pipeline priorities and quarterly targets.
• Adapt global campaigns for the Spanish‑speaking Americas, tailoring copy, assets and digital strategy to local nuances.
• Write and edit compelling copy in English and Spanish for emails, landing pages and digital ads.
• Coordinate with Field Marketing, Creative and Marketing Operations to scale multi‑channel digital programs.
• Manage webinar platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce, handling audience segmentation, lead flow tracking and reporting.
• Organise high‑impact in‑person events, executive roundtables and industry sponsorships in key markets.

Required profile

• 1–4+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in tech, SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven success in running webinars and digital campaigns that generate pipeline.
• Excellent writing, copyediting and proofreading abilities in both English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative, proactive attitude with a passion for bringing marketing programs to life.
