Digital Marketing VA Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant with strong digital marketing expertise to support our business operations and boost our clients’ online presence. The role combines administrative duties, social media management and digital marketing campaign execution in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client content calendars, circulate for approval and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain and reformat client databases according to platform guidelines.
• Develop and execute social‑media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and other platforms; create graphics, videos and copy; schedule posts and engage with audiences.
• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, PPC advertising and SEO; create landing pages and conduct keyword research.
• Provide client support via email and messaging, handle follow‑ups and collect feedback.
• Conduct online research tailored to client target audiences and geographic locations.
• Utilise spreadsheet, task‑management and social‑media scheduling tools to ensure smooth workflow.

Required profile

• Tech‑savvy, creative and able to multitask in a remote setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps) and a personal computer.
• Proactive communication style and ability to meet client deadlines.
