Finance Acquisition and Divestiture Supervisor

About the role

Lead end‑to‑end finance integration activities for acquisitions and divestitures, ensuring seamless transition into Johnson & Johnson’s global operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead accounting workstreams across due diligence, operational readiness, cut‑over, go‑live, stabilization and transition to steady‑state teams.
• Coordinate integration plans, milestones, risks and action tracking with Finance, Compliance, Technology and project teams.
• Assess acquired‑company processes and convert them into compliant, standardized J&J finance processes.
• Oversee month‑end and quarter‑end close readiness, journal entries, balance‑sheet reconciliations and audit support.
• Drive testing, cut‑over and go‑live readiness, documenting and resolving issues before key milestones.
• Support TSA design, execution and exit, including deal accounting and post‑exit actions.
• Manage, coach and develop team members, balancing workload across complex projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive finance or accounting experience with people or project leadership.
• Strong general accounting knowledge, P&L, balance‑sheet, close, reconciliations and internal controls.
• Experience in acquisitions, integrations, divestitures or finance transformation preferred.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional global initiatives and manage ambiguity under tight timelines.

Required skills

• Advanced English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with SAP/JDE, BlackLine, Power BI, Alteryx or similar tools.
