Full-Stack Developer – Data, Web & AI Platforms

About the role

The Full-Stack Developer – Data, Web & AI Platforms will design, build, and maintain both client-facing digital products and internal data-driven systems. Working at the intersection of web development, marketing technology, and artificial-intelligence pipelines, you will turn prototypes into production-grade solutions that enable the agency and its clients to create, measure, and act on digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain campaign microsites, landing pages, and lead-generation tools.
• Integrate marketing technology platforms such as analytics, CRM connectors, and ad-platform APIs.
• Engineer accessible, performant, on-brand digital experiences to agency quality standards.
• Build and consolidate the agency’s internal data layer from sources like Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and project-management tools.
• Transform prototypes into scalable, well-documented production systems.
• Create AI-powered interfaces and agentic workflows that let non-technical users interact with complex data.
• Define and enforce architecture standards, security practices, and performance benchmarks.
• Collaborate on system design, code reviews, and delivery planning with internal and external partners.
• Integrate third-party APIs and cloud services across client-facing and internal applications.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and communicate technical risks to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Mid-level professional with strong full-stack engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience building data pipelines and AI/LLM-based features.
• Ability to make independent technical decisions in a fast-moving, creative environment.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
