Graphic Design - Video Editing Intern

About the role

Sezzle is looking for a motivated Multimedia Design Intern to join its creative team in Colombia. The intern will support animators and graphic designers by creating engaging 2D animations, motion graphics, and video content for the Sezzle app, YouTube channel, and paid advertising campaigns. This position offers a fast‑paced environment with opportunities to develop storytelling and technical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating 2D motion graphics and animated assets.
• Support storyboard development and translate creative briefs into animated sequences.
• Execute revisions based on feedback from senior animators and designers.
• Edit short‑form and mid‑length video content, assembling rough cuts and refining pacing, transitions, and audio.
• Add graphics, captions, and visual enhancements, and prepare final exports optimized for various platforms.
• Draft and refine video scripts, ensuring alignment with brand tone and campaign goals.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in motion design or animation.
• Strong written English for scripting and captioning.
• Ability to follow creative direction and maintain brand consistency.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools such as Claude or equivalent large language models.
