Graphic Designer – DTC & eCommerce

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our fast‑moving team. You will shape visual creative across digital channels for direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) and eCommerce brands, helping drive conversions and elevate brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑performing assets for paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, etc.), email campaigns, website banners, landing pages, and product visuals.
• Produce a high volume of creatives while maintaining consistent quality and brand standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to develop conversion‑focused designs.
• Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all outputs.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends in DTC and eCommerce.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing for DTC or eCommerce brands.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high‑volume creative production in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail while working quickly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Canva.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
