Head of Country – Andean & Central America

About the role

The Head of Country for the Andean & Central America region will be responsible for driving accelerated growth and leading transformation of Unilever FoodSolutions’ business in this key market. Reporting to the UFS LATAM Lead, the role oversees all aspects of the country operations to ensure the business is future‑fit for market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the countries’ operations and full P&L to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive exceptional growth and profitability.
• Manage and oversee all end‑to‑end aspects of the business including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Monitor and evaluate business performance using relevant metrics (KPIs/OKRs) to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure core business process effectiveness such as S&OP, IBP, PR’s and QBR’s.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and government authorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading country‑level operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong strategic planning capability to drive growth and profitability.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional teams across sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Experience using performance metrics (KPIs/OKRs) to guide continuous improvement.
• Track record of ensuring effective business processes such as S&OP and IBP.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with customers, partners and authorities.
