Heavy Haul Logistics Specialist (Freight Broker)

About the role

We are seeking a Heavy Haul Logistics Specialist to manage oversized, overweight, and complex freight shipments. You will act as the architect of our carrier network, connecting freight with the right specialized carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with specialized carriers such as RGNs, step‑decks, and multi‑axle trucks.
• Coordinate permits, escorts, and all technical requirements for heavy‑haul moves.
• Execute shipments by matching freight volume with carrier capacity and ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Provide elite service to customers, handling any issues that arise during transport.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of specialized carrier equipment (RGNs, step‑decks, multi‑axle).
• Proven ability to navigate permits, escorts, and regulatory details.
• Strong drive to deliver high‑quality service in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
