Hotel Investor App & Accounting Manager (Remote, EST)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Finance & Accounting Specialist to manage day‑to‑day financial operations for our hotel investment platform. The role is fully remote, aligned with EST working hours, and focuses on bookkeeping, reconciliations, AR/AP processes, and supporting accurate financial reporting under IFRS or GAAP.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with monthly and quarterly bookkeeping and custom reporting, including budget‑to‑actual analysis.
• Manage supplier and vendor outreach to ensure on‑time payments.
• Book and track expenses and income for precise reporting.
• Reconcile bank and credit‑card statements and resolve account discrepancies.
• Support preparation of financial statements and maintain the general ledger.
• Track and resolve AR/AP issues and assist with payroll compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with the finance team to uphold company policies and contribute to ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in an AR/AP or junior accounting role.
• Hands‑on experience with Hotel Investor Apps or similar ERP tools (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS or GAAP accounting principles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, suitable for C‑level interactions.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
