HR Services Specialist – Talent Acquisition & M&A Operations

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Specialist in HR Services to provide end‑to‑end operational support for hiring and employee lifecycle processes, with a focus on Talent Acquisition Operations for Mergers & Acquisitions. The role ensures a smooth onboarding and integration experience for employees joining the company through acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support for M&A‑related hiring, onboarding, and employee integration activities.
• Generate offer letters and acquisition‑specific documentation.
• Coordinate background screening and Right‑to‑Work verification, partnering with vendors to resolve issues.
• Manage employee data changes, organizational updates, and lifecycle transactions.
• Serve as primary point of contact for onboarding, screening, and integration inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and audit requirements while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Identify and support process improvement and standardization initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, preferably with M&A integration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regional legal requirements for background checks and Right‑to‑Work verification.
