Integrated Designer

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking an Integrated Designer to join a new remote team based in Colombia. You will create and deliver cohesive digital and print assets for high‑profile brands, ensuring a unified design language across channels such as web, social, OOH, POS and more.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through production, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop integrated design solutions for web, ecommerce, email, print collateral, outdoor and point‑of‑sale media.
• Define look‑and‑feel and apply existing brand guidelines to diverse media.
• Create responsive web and email layouts and prepare print‑ready files.
• Adapt and repurpose existing brand toolkits into fresh, engaging content.
• Present work internally and to clients, managing timelines and workload.
• Stay current with design trends and best practices for digital, mobile‑first and print assets.

Required profile

• Approximately 10 years of experience in a digital or production agency environment.
• Strong mixed‑media design thinking with expertise in conceptualisation, graphic design, illustration and typography.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑project setting.
• Self‑motivated, able to work under direction and take initiative.
• Excellent English communication skills.
