IT Manager (Remote, Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Manager to lead our internal technology operations. This remote, full‑time position will ensure our systems are secure, efficient, and reliable while supporting teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and secure the Microsoft 365 environment, including user management, permissions, and security settings.
• Support and maintain SaaS collaboration tools such as Slack, Dialpad, and other internal platforms.
• Handle day‑to‑day technical support, resolve IT tickets, and troubleshoot connectivity, system, and integration issues.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and access control.
• Maintain IT governance, monitor system usage, and enforce security best practices.
• Provide strategic recommendations on IT improvements, evaluate new tools, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related coordination.
• Strong experience managing Microsoft 365, including admin center and security features.
• Proven ability to support both Windows and macOS environments without limitations.
• Self‑motivated, proactive problem‑solver comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
