IT Support Engineer (L1/L2) - LATAM Operations

About the Position

Join Insight Global as an IT Support Engineer, serving as the key on-site technological pillar for our Colombia office. In this critical role, you will ensure seamless daily operations and maintain strict alignment with the global standards established by our Atlanta-based Global IT Services team.

Main Missions

• Provide comprehensive Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to local users and remote consultants across Latin America.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including configuration, shipping, and recovery of laptops for consultants.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, Wi-Fi, and local network diagnostics.
• Configure and maintain Windows and macOS workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Ensure full compliance with Atlanta's global security standards and participate in internal IT audits.
• Maintain accurate IT inventory management and detailed incident documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the Global Service Desk, Endpoint Operations, and Network teams.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in IT Support (Level 1/Level 2) within a corporate environment.
• Strong technical vocabulary and ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and end-users.
• Highly organized with a focus on asset management and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously while adhering to global corporate protocols.

Required Skills

• Multilingual proficiency: English and Spanish are mandatory (Portuguese is a significant plus).
• Advanced troubleshooting of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Network connectivity diagnostics (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).
• Hardware lifecycle management and endpoint support.
• IT Asset Management (ITAM) and security compliance.
