IT Support & Identity Administrator

About the role

Intellias is looking for an IT Support & Identity Administrator to join its Colombia team. You will help scale a benefits‑management platform by providing end‑to‑end support for macOS devices, SaaS applications and identity services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software and cloud services.
• Troubleshoot macOS issues, Wi‑Fi/VPN connectivity, DNS, browser and authentication problems.
• Administer core business systems such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom and Notion.
• Handle password resets, MFA challenges, account lockouts and SSO access issues.
• Manage the full device lifecycle: enrollment, provisioning, remote lock/wipe, shipping and returns.
• Maintain accurate device inventory and asset tracking.
• Execute onboarding and off‑boarding processes, preparing accounts and devices for new hires.

Required profile

• 2+ years in IT Support, Operations or Helpdesk environments.
• Hands‑on experience supporting macOS in a business setting.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace administration and user lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of Okta, including MFA, SSO and access troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with common SaaS tools (Slack, Zoom, Notion) and MDM solutions (Kandji or similar).
• Basic understanding of Apple Business Manager and device enrollment workflows.
• Solid networking troubleshooting skills (Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, browser).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, security‑aware mindset and strong organizational abilities.
