IT Support & Identity Administrator (macOS)

About the role

Intellias is looking for an experienced IT Support & Identity Administrator to manage macOS devices and identity services for its Colombian team. You will be the primary point of contact for hardware, software, and SaaS platform issues, ensuring smooth onboarding and secure access for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for macOS hardware, software, and related SaaS applications.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues including Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, and browser problems.
• Administer Google Workspace, handling user lifecycle and access management.
• Manage Okta services, including MFA, SSO, password resets, and account lockouts.
• Maintain device enrollment, provisioning, remote lock/wipe, and recovery workflows using MDM solutions such as Kandji.
• Keep accurate inventory records and oversee device shipping, returns, and asset tracking.
• Execute onboarding and off‑boarding processes, preparing accounts and devices for new hires and revoking access for departing staff.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in IT support, operations, or helpdesk environments.
• Hands‑on experience supporting macOS devices in a business setting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to assist non‑technical users calmly and professionally.
• Detail‑oriented with solid documentation practices and a security‑focused mindset.
