JavaScript Full-Stack Developer

About the role

EPAM is seeking a JavaScript Full-Stack Developer with AWS experience to build scalable, high‑performance production systems. You will work across the stack, contributing to both frontend experiences and backend services while collaborating with multinational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and ship production‑ready full‑stack web applications.
• Build accessible, performant user interfaces using TypeScript and modern component frameworks.
• Implement and maintain backend services on the JVM or with shared TypeScript platform libraries.
• Work with relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) databases for product features.
• Develop and integrate APIs using gRPC, protobuf, HTTP, and REST.
• Deploy and support applications on AWS using containers and CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply caching and queuing strategies to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Maintain solid testing practices across unit, integration, and end‑to‑end layers.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional full‑stack web engineering experience delivering production systems.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and accessible UI patterns.
• Backend experience in Kotlin or Java on the JVM.
• Experience with gRPC, protobuf, and HTTP/REST API development.
• Familiarity with DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Ability to work effectively with AWS, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong testing practices across unit, integration, and end‑to‑end layers.
• Minimum English level B1.
