Junior Packing Operator - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

About the Position

Main Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare packaging machinery in strict accordance with the daily production plan.
• Operate and maintain automated packaging equipment to ensure continuous and efficient production cycles.
• Ensure full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain accurate real-time documentation, including machine logs and production records.
• Optimize resource utilization to meet production targets while minimizing waste.
• Assist in the training and guidance of fellow operators to maintain operational excellence.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience or a strong foundational interest in pharmaceutical packaging or industrial production.
• High level of discipline regarding safety regulations and quality standards (cGMP).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation.
• Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
