Junior Software Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join a fully remote AI training program serving Latin America. The role involves reviewing AI‑generated code, rating responses, and creating coding challenges to improve model performance. No prior AI experience is required, making it ideal for engineers looking for flexible, project‑based work.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, or senior).
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
