Junior Video Editor

About the role

Publicis Production Hub is looking for a Junior Video Editor to support our fast‑paced audiovisual post‑production workflow. You will work closely with senior editors and production teams, handling media organization, basic editing tasks, and delivery preparation in a collaborative, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ingest, store, and archive media assets, ensuring proper organization.
• Source and acquire supplemental material such as stock footage and music.
• Prepare project files for editing, color grading, and audio workflows.
• Perform simple editing tasks, including basic cuts, adjustments, and assembly edits.
• Export and compress files for internal and external delivery.
• Conduct basic quality‑control reviews before final delivery.
• Collaborate with the post‑production team on operational tasks.
• Learn and adapt to new tools and technologies, including AI‑assisted solutions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in audiovisual post‑production (internships count).
• Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, and After Effects.
• Interest in expanding skills with DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Understanding of the post‑production workflow (editing, exporting, delivery).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow through.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork orientation.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
