About the role
Kaizen Gaming is looking for a Key Account Manager to lead the portfolio of high‑net‑worth customers in Colombia. You will build strong, lasting relationships, deliver personalized experiences and promote responsible gambling while driving growth and loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of VIP customers, fostering loyalty, retention and increased lifetime value.
- Monitor individual performance and ensure timely delivery of online and offline rewards.
- Act as the primary point of contact across all communication channels, providing premium customer service.
- Target customers at strategic lifecycle moments (new, churning, lapsed, big winners) to stimulate activity.
- Plan and host local or global events in collaboration with the Hospitality and Sponsorship Team (sporting events, concerts, luxury dinners, etc.).
- Track market performance, identify trends and launch tailored campaigns.
- Manage private messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp) and work closely with the CRM team to optimise communications.
- Gather deep insights on customer behaviour and preferences to shape tailored strategies.
- Represent the voice of Key Accounts, providing feedback and innovative ideas to improve the overall experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Experience in a customer‑facing role; experience with key‑account management is a plus.
- Native Spanish speaker with excellent English proficiency.
