Klaviyo Email & SMS Marketing Manager (E‑Commerce)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Klaviyo expert to lead email and SMS marketing for a consumer‑products e‑commerce business. You will design campaigns, build automated customer journeys and use data‑driven insights to boost repeat purchases and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own the email and SMS strategy and execution in Klaviyo.
• Build, schedule, test and optimise promotional campaigns.
• Create and improve automated flows such as welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post‑purchase, win‑back and retention.
• Segment audiences based on behaviour, purchase history and engagement.
• Manage campaign calendars around promotions, product launches and key selling periods.
• Collaborate with creative and e‑commerce teams on messaging, offers and assets.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, offers, timing and audiences.
• Monitor deliverability, list health and compliance.
• Track revenue, conversion, engagement and retention metrics and use insights to continuously improve results.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Klaviyo.
• Proven email and SMS marketing experience in e‑commerce or direct‑to‑consumer brands.
• Demonstrated ability to build sophisticated automated flows and customer journeys.
• Solid understanding of segmentation, personalization and lifecycle marketing.
• Comfortable analysing revenue, conversion, open, click and retention metrics.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
• Knowledge of email/SMS deliverability and compliance best practices.
• Experience marketing consumer products is a plus.
