Learning Experience Leader – Barranquilla

About the role

The Learning Experience Leader will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for TaskUs employees in Barranquilla. This role ensures that new hires and existing staff receive high‑quality, up‑to‑date learning experiences that support operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver product training programs according to established materials and schedules.
• Support and execute miscellaneous training initiatives as needed.
• Identify required changes to training content, act quickly, and provide feedback to the Learning Manager.
• Participate in creating, designing, and implementing training materials, agendas, and related resources.
• Foster a positive learning environment that boosts trainee morale.
• Assess trainee readiness to perform job functions effectively.
• Maintain current knowledge of company policies, procedures, systems, and products.
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes for the business and its clients.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Learning Experience Manager, including new‑hire onboarding, ongoing training, reporting, operational support, and site‑level training.
