Legal Case Manager – Remote

About the role

Horizon Premier Staffing is looking for an organized Legal Case Manager to support one of its premier law‑firm clients. The successful candidate will act as the central hub of communication, ensuring every case moves smoothly from intake through resolution while delivering high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated caseload, keep files orderly, and meet all deadlines and statutes of limitations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing empathetic updates and clear information.
• Request, track, and organize evidence, medical records, bills, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate calendars for hearings, depositions, client meetings, and attorney schedules.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of legal case management or senior legal assistant experience.
• Experience in practice areas such as personal injury, immigration, or family law is a plus.
• Strong organizational abilities and a sense of urgency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern case‑management software (e.g., Clio, Filevine, Smokeball).
• Comfort with standard office technology and document‑management tools.
