About the role

We are seeking a Life Insurance Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing life‑insurance company. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and interviewing licensed life‑insurance agents, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for the sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage licensed life‑insurance agents using LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound outreach.
• Conduct screening calls and interview candidates via Zoom.
• Manage multiple recruiting pipelines simultaneously in an ATS.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and follow‑up throughout the hiring stages.
• Communicate with candidates through WhatsApp and other channels.

Required profile

• Prior experience recruiting licensed life‑insurance agents is strongly preferred.
• Confident, consistent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle a high‑volume, front‑facing recruiting environment.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
• Boolean search techniques for talent research.
• Zoom for virtual interviews.
• Experience with ATS platforms for pipeline management.
• WhatsApp for candidate communication.
