About the role
We are seeking a Life Insurance Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing life‑insurance company. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and interviewing licensed life‑insurance agents, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for the sales teams.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage licensed life‑insurance agents using LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound outreach.
- Conduct screening calls and interview candidates via Zoom.
- Manage multiple recruiting pipelines simultaneously in an ATS.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and follow‑up throughout the hiring stages.
- Communicate with candidates through WhatsApp and other channels.
Required profile
- Prior experience recruiting licensed life‑insurance agents is strongly preferred.
- Confident, consistent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a high‑volume, front‑facing recruiting environment.
Required skills
- LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
- Boolean search techniques for talent research.
- Zoom for virtual interviews.
- Experience with ATS platforms for pipeline management.
- WhatsApp for candidate communication.
What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate of $6‑$10 (approximately $960‑$1,600 per month).
