Local SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Local SEO Specialist to boost our clients’ visibility in local search results. You will work with a diverse portfolio of medical practices, home‑service companies and charities, applying proven local SEO tactics to drive qualified traffic and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize and maintain Google Business Profiles for multiple client accounts.
• Build and manage local citations, ensuring NAP consistency across directories.
• Conduct local keyword research and implement on‑page and technical SEO improvements.
• Apply local schema markup and monitor performance with analytics tools.
• Collaborate with content, outreach and web‑development teams to align local search strategies.
• Participate in client calls to present insights and align SEO work with business goals.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications or a related field.
• Strong understanding of local SEO ranking factors and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts remotely and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to analyze data, track KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
