Manager, Quota and Analytics

About the role

Mastercard is modernising its global sales incentives and seeks a Manager, Quota and Analytics to lead the design, deployment and governance of quota frameworks worldwide. You will work closely with Finance, Sales, Product and regional teams to translate strategic goals into actionable seller‑level targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy the annual quota‑setting algorithm that converts top‑down Finance and production objectives into seller, role and territory quotas across all business lines.
• Integrate KPI, product and initiative targets from Finance, Product, Regions and Specialist teams into a single, coherent quota framework.
• Operate the annual quota validation process, facilitating a two‑week review with Sales leadership and Finance partners and incorporating approved adjustments.
• Ensure quota integrity, fairness and defensibility with clear documentation of assumptions, adjustments and approvals.
• Manage quota‑related ticket operations, including intake, prioritisation, adjudication standards, ageing and overdue reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to analyse impact, improve reporting and drive process enhancements.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, structured problem‑solver with a strategic mindset.
• Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
• Experience in sales incentives, quota design, finance or analytics within a global organisation.
• Strong governance and validation experience for large‑scale quota programmes.
