About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff specializing in Legal Research to join a leading software development company. This fully remote position focuses on analyzing complex legal and regulatory frameworks to guide product development and ensure compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Research and interpret laws, regulations, and case law to inform product decisions.
• Develop technical frameworks and tools to automate legal research processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate legal insights into product design.
• Evaluate emerging legal trends and assess their impact on technology solutions.
• Draft technical documentation and guidelines for legal compliance in product development.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal education.
• Proficiency in legal research methodologies and tools.
• Experience with regulatory analysis and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to translate legal concepts into technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
